The “Restoration & Rejuvenation” activity of the College Herbal Park was organized by the Department of Botany on 06 February 2026 at 12:30 p.m. The programme aimed to restore, maintain, and enrich the existing Herbal Park while providing practical exposure to students. A total of 30 B.Sc. (Life Science) students participated enthusiastically under the guidance of faculty members. During the activity, students visited the Herbal Park, observed the available medicinal and herbal plants, and recorded their common as well as botanical names. They assessed the condition of plants, identified gaps in plant diversity, and prepared a list of Additional medicinal species to be planted in the future. Students also discussed the medicinal importance, ecological value, and conservation needs of different plant species. The activity promoted environmental awareness, teamwork, and practical learning. It helped students understand plant identification, documentation, and the importance of preserving herbal biodiversity. Overall, the programme was educational, interactive, and beneficial for academic enrichment
